Behavioral Health Partners of MetroWest (BHPMW) is pleased to share a refreshed website! We hope to make it easier than ever for individuals and families in the greater MetroWest area of Massachusetts and beyond to access a continuum of high-quality behavioral health, community development, and social services in the greater MetroWest area of Massachusetts and beyond.
Key new features of the website include:
- MetroWest Housing Coalition: Learn about the work being done by our MetroWest Housing Coalition, a diverse group of stakeholders who work together to support access to affordable housing in the region.
- Behavioral Health Community Partners Referral Form: If you have a patient or client with MassHealth insurance who urgently needs physical/mental health or substance use services, you can make a referral directly through our website for our Behavioral Health Community Partners (BHCP) program. Our compassionate team will manage and coordinate care between your patient/client’s primary care provider, medical specialists, ACOs, and MCOs to ensure they get the appropriate services they need.
- Updated Eligibility: Our new maps will show you exactly what towns each of our two programs serve.
We’re also launching new Facebook and Instagram pages! We’ll still be posting on LinkedIn and through our MetroWest Care Connection Facebook page, but now, you’ll have more opportunities to learn about valuable health and social services throughout Massachusetts. You can expect:
