Our Navigation Line
Still connecting you to the right support.
Our Navigation Line continues to operate Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. Our partner’s outpatient clinics and many other behavioral health providers within the community are accepting referrals and providing counseling and medication management services for all ages through Telehealth (phone or video conferencing).
We can assist you in connecting with a provider that can support you remotely during this challenging time. In addition to behavioral health needs, we understand that many within our community are struggling with housing, food security, and employment issues. We can assist in connecting you to these resources as well. Give us a call today at 1-844-528-6800.
Our Behavioral Health Community Partner Program
Our care coordinators are continuing to help MassHealth members connect to the right care and coordinate care with primary care physicians, medical specialists, Accountable Care Organizations (ACOs), and Managed Care Organizations (MCOs). During this time, we will continue to help ensure that members have access to medical, behavioral health, social supports, and/or long term support services that they need and want. All services are provided through Telehealth at this time.
Resources
We’ve compiled a list of resources for anyone in our community that are struggling with housing, food security, employment issues, and more. We can also assist in connecting you to these resources. Call our referral line at 1-844-528-6800.
