Who We Are
The goal of our human service partnership is to improve the community’s health outcomes through better access and coordination of care. Behavioral Health Partners of MetroWest (BHPMW) makes it easier for individuals and families to access a continuum of high quality behavioral health, community development, and social services in the greater MetroWest area of Massachusetts and beyond, through our two programs.
The partnership brings together the strengths and capabilities of four leading social services and behavioral health agencies serving the Greater MetroWest region of Massachusetts. Together, our partners– Advocates, South Middlesex Opportunity Council (SMOC), Spectrum Health Systems, and Wayside Youth & Family Support Network—encompass expertise in mental health, substance use and addiction, housing, and social supports for people of all ages.
Partner With Us
We welcome additional opportunities to partner with our communities, health care providers, and accountable care and managed care entities to develop strategies and programs to facilitate access to care and effective care coordination in the evolving health care environment.
